Over the years, she has developed a reputation for helping youth, athletes, and people of all ages and fitness levels unlock their potential. Her greatest reward comes from seeing individuals discover what they are truly capable of achieving, both physically and mentally.
Outside of her work and family life, Sarah is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Envision Counselling and Support, as well as the City of Weyburn Parks and Recreation Board.
